Job Description

  • Taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service
  • Assisting customers and making sure their requirements are met, according to Arkas Hellas policies and values.
  • Being a key player in promoting positive customer experience, self- care tools for customers
  • Handling daily business needs as a reliable partner for customers.

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Shipping Studies from reputable Universities, Master’s degree would be an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of relative experience in Maritime Transportation
  • Computer literacy at very good level
  • Very good knowledge of English (verbal/written)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with customer focus
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with team and cross-functionally
  • Ability to work under pressure
