Job Description
- Taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high-quality service
- Assisting customers and making sure their requirements are met, according to Arkas Hellas policies and values.
- Being a key player in promoting positive customer experience, self- care tools for customers
- Handling daily business needs as a reliable partner for customers.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Shipping Studies from reputable Universities, Master’s degree would be an asset
- Minimum 2 years of relative experience in Maritime Transportation
- Computer literacy at very good level
- Very good knowledge of English (verbal/written)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with customer focus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with team and cross-functionally
- Ability to work under pressure
